Suggested management strategy in common scenarios in concurrent colorectal cancer and infrarenal abdominal aortic aneurysm. This algorithm may be carefully employed in individuals in whom surgery is indicated for both their pathologies, and in accordance with local practices and expertise. Combined intervention may include an open AAA repair and CRC resection, but may involve open CRC resection with EVAR if aortic anatomy is amenable. AAA abdominal aortic aneurysm; CRC colorectal cancer; EVAR endovascular aortic repair.
